Mason Lacrosse Spiritwear Pick Up Dates
If you ordered Mason Lacrosse Spirit Wear for the 2010 season during registration in October, your items will be available for pick up on the following dates/times.
When: Monday & Wednesday, December 7th or 9th
Where: Wall 2 Wall Soccer 846 Reading Rd Mason OH
Time: 6pm to 8pm
Please note the following:
1. THESE WILL BE THE ONLY TIMES THAT YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR ORDERS. If you can not make these times, please arrange to have someone pick up your items for you. Any items not claimed, will be put in storage until the first week of official practices in February. No exceptions.
2. Make sure you check and verify your order before accepting it. Any problems with your order MUST be brought to a Mason Lacrosse Club representative's attention prior to leaving the premises. Mason Lacrosse Club is not responsible for items/sizes ordered in error or personalization that was spelled incorrectly on the order form.
3. There will be another opportunity to order Spiritwear in February.

Mason Lacrosse 2010 Spiritwear Order Information
Please go to the documents tab and download and print the 2 order forms (front & back) and return by Thursday, October 29, 2009 with full payment.

Spirit Wear samples will be on display and available to order on the following dates/times at the Mason Intermediate 4/5 Commons.
October 19th 6-8pm
October 24th 9-11am
October 29th 6-8pm
All Spiritwear orders placed by October 29th will be ready for distribution before the Holidays. Spiritwear will also be sold at the beginning of the season in February but will not be guaranteed for delivery until after games begin (sometime in March).
Payments for Spiritwear purchases should be made separate from registration fees. All checks should be made payable to Mason Lacrosse Club (NOT to Liberty Sportswear).
Mason Lacrosse window decals are in stock and available to purchase for $6.00.
NOTE: If you want your Spiritwear personalized with your last name, please note the additional charge and notate the order form accordingly.
